PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

Today’s grant makers are looking for new and innovative program approaches such as the Social Ventures approach to program planning and evaluation. Program accountability expectations have reached well beyond what used to be. Other trends are the use of logic model evaluation and collaborative program delivery. We will help you to utilize the best practices available to maximize your program’s fundability and effect.

We will partner with you to:

  • Identify Stakeholders, key issues, roadblocks, and mandates

  • Create objectives, goals, benchmarks, and evaluation measures

  • Develop innovative project designs that utilize win-win partnerships and collaborations

  • Leverage funding by creating a mosaic of funding

  • Learn where to look for donated equipment and services

  • Produce curriculum that is responsive to new or revised program design and evaluation information

  • Use process analysis to recommend effective supervision models that are responsive to grant makers requirements and the culture of the organization

  • Keep in step with emerging grant making and program design trends

Use of logic models for evaluation components of project design will:

  •  Focus your approach to the development of resources

  •  Refine your organizations activities

  • Develop evaluation measures that identify change

  • Create results that amaze both you and the grant maker

"Bright Star assisted North Idaho College (NIC) in the development of our project and proposal in a way that we learned--and didn't just get a "deliverable". Janet's depth of experience and Renee's professional competence helped us see options and opportunities we might have otherwise missed.

I'm sure we got more than we paid for and for that I am grateful. Pursuit of a project of this type was new to us, and this assistance was most timely. Bright Star has even taught for NIC's Workforce Training Center! My recommendation is unconditional."
