Non Profit

Non-profits do the hard work of patching the holes in society’s fabric, and they are frequently under funded and overburdened. We can help non-profits to expand and streamline their organizations and programs so that their good work is as efficient and meaningful as possible. This is especially important in these times of increased competition for funding and other resources. Non-profits must have strategic plans, a mosaic of funding, solid leadership, a committed volunteer base, targeted programs and evaluation measures, and an adherence to evolving governance laws. Organizational effectiveness has never been more critical.

They work equally well in the Kenyan Parliament, in isolated villages, and with international funders. They know how to leverage resources to make the most of our budget. We consider their excellent work to be a great value. “
